SHIPPING METHOD :

Shipping is available within the United States and U.S. Territories by USPS 's Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation .

International deliveries are also available via USPS 's Global Express Mail . The order recipient is responsible for all surcharges - including brokerage fees, custom fees, duty and any other relevant charges.

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Please allow 3-10 days for in-stock items. Shipment pick-ups are usually between 12-3pm PST , Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. Overnight delivery is available for most items. Additional charges may apply. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock due to high demand. If any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel if the date is unacceptable.

For the customers who plan to use e-check: as the part of system using e-check, it takes approximentaly 5 buisness days for us to recieve your order information. Therefore, if you choose to use e-check, your order will take time more than usual. Ior all the reasons, if you wish to process your order quickly, we strongly recommend not using your e-check but using your paypal account/credit card.

Rush Delivery Information :

US orders only. Orders received before 12 noon PT can be sent Overnight for an additional charge of $15.00. Rush shipping is not available for orders placed on Saturday. Some items may not qualify.

Self Pick-Up :

We are in New York, NY . If you are in the area and like to pick up the items yourself at our showroom, Please contact contact@itasho.com for more information.

Back order:

If you would like to order items that are on back order, it may take between 1 to 3 weeks or longer to ship your item. Please contact us if you like to find out the status of the back order and when the item is available for shipping. Thank you.

PRICES AND SALES TAX :

Prices are subject to change and items may be discontinued without prior notice. We require New York residents to pay the state sales tax of 8.375% for orders shipped to New York.
